Our Staff
We are so proud of our passionate, hard-working employees. We have dedicated artisan bakers who handcraft every piece of bread and every pastry. Some of our bakers specialize in mixing, some specialize in baking, but everyone helps out “at the tables” shaping the bread by hand every day on long wooden tables.
We make over 3,000 pieces of bread, pastries, bagels, rolls and pretzels for a typical Saturday retail day, all of by hand.
For our wholesale deliveries, our drivers carefully pack the bread as it comes out of the oven, waiting for the last batch for each truck to be finished before they can make their deliveries. We send 3 trucks out in the morning crisscrossing each other around Denver in order to get the bread delivered to the restaurants.
