We're only 15 minutes from downtown. Just head west on 6th Ave. to Colfax Ave. (Hwy 40). Turn left onto Hwy 40 and go two blocks, then turn right at Violet Street into the 6 & 40 Business Center (white brick buildings with a brown stripe). We're in the first building on your left (Bldg. 4). There's plenty of free parking in our lot!
From Evergreen:
Head east on I-70 and get off at the Morrison exit. Turn left onto Highway 40 (Colfax) and follow it 1.8 miles until you reach Violet Street (Violet is the first street after the C-470 freeway overpass) and turn left into the 6 & 40 Business Center (white brick buildings with a brown stripe). We're in the first building on your left (Building 4).
From Boulder:
Head south on Hwy 93, turn right onto Colfax Ave. (Hwy 40). Go two blocks, then turn right at Violet Street into the 6 & 40 Business Center (white brick buildings with a brown stripe). We're in the first building on your left (Bldg. 4).
